Beginning with an almost nonexistent budget (no fundraising was undertaken by the board prior to 2003, all the money coming from town funding requests and the sale of videotapes), the board began to purchase digital cameras and computer-based editing equipment, as well as investing in the means to improve the sound quality of the programs. Although we have made great strides and our annual budget is now around $50,000 (up from $6,000 in 2001), we need to raise more money and ensure that we will have that money on an ongoing basis, in order to continue to upgrade and improve the quality of our production, post-production and broadcast equipment.

We invite everyone to become Members of Boothbay Region Community Television. We have several support levels available at the following annual contribution amounts:
Individual Membership - $30
Family Membership - $60
Associate Producer - $120
Executive Producer - $250

You may also bring donations to the studio at the YMCA or drop it in our mailbox downstairs.
